What a week!

Wow, what a crazy week! As you can tell this is my first post in about a week or so. My computer decided to crash on me on Sunday. This put me without a computer until I could get another one. I decided to go ahead and purchase a new one and get my other one fixed for my kids to use.

I'm still trying to get used to this new Vista operating system. It is quite different from XP. If you have any tips that will help figure it out faster I certainly would appreciate it.

As far as my networking business is concerned, I kind of took it easy this week. I was trying to prepare for our Thanksgiving get together with my family. I trust that you all had a great Thanksgiving and are getting geared up for Christmas.

I'm now trying my hand at the world of pay per click advertising. Anyone else using this with any success? There is obviously a lot to learn in this field of marketing. I just wish that all of this stuff would have been shown to me by my sponsor when I first got started.

I'm now learning that the old way of making your list and bombarding them is not the way to do it. Granted, you want your family and friends to know about your business and your products, but you have a vested interested and they will not look at it any other way. That's just the way it is. If you want to approach them about the business, wouldn't it make more sense to work really hard and become successful very fast and have them come to you and ask you what the heck you are doing? I think this is the way to go. Sure some might be disappointed that you didn't tell them before, but it's my experience that most of our family and friends don't really care in the beginning anyway. Most of them will only try or buy our product or get involved just to get us off their backs.

Lesson for today: get radically successful with your business first and your friends and family will come running to you to find out what you are doing to change your life so dramatically. Then, when they decide to join you you will know exactly how to get them started so that they can become successful too.

Enjoy your weekend,

Ralph

Another week gone by in my MLM life!

Wow, what a week it was. Having a very full-time job during the day, taking care of my 3 kids at night and still trying to build a successful MLM/Network marketing business is very hard. It may be hard, but I am determined to succeed no matter what for the sake of myself, my family and all the others that might be touched by my business.

As I said in another post, I am trying to learn as many ways to build as possible. I've come across so many great resources and I've found so many things I am in the process of implementing. I know that learning is great, but without application it's worthless.

One of the ways I continue to learn is to load my MP3 player up with education, not always music. I love to listen to Zig Ziglar and other inspirational speakers. I also like to find MLM/Network Marketing tips that I can listen to. Many leaders now have podcasts that are updated weekly for our benefit. Some of the ones I've been listening to lately have been from Todd Falcone and the guys from the MLM Radio Show. Great stuff.

I've also recently purchased some great courses to help me build my business using many new techniques. I still realize that it's all about forming a relationship with people. I'm now finally learning that if you help people see how they can build a business before they get started with your business, they will trust you and believe that you are a leader and more apt to join you. If you would like to get some free video training click here. I believe we need to help each other in this great industry and help change the world one person at a time.

Until next time, have a great weekend.

Weekend Learning

I hope that you all had a great and prosperous weekend in your MLM/Network Marketing business. This was a pretty laid back weekend gearing up for the start of the holiday season. I guess that now is the time to really get busy, but are people receptive to starting a business during this time of the year?

The company that I'm involved with has a great promotion for those distributors who reach a couple of guidelines in the next few months. I'm aiming to qualify for this promotion, but I'm kind of worried that recruiting will be hindered or slowed down over the next couple of months due to the hustle and bustle of the holidays. What do you guys think? What is your experience?

I was also introduced to another great tool that I can see will help me build my business as well as anyone that gets involved with me. At first I thought that this was just another one of those funded proposal things, but once I took a really good look and saw all that was involved, I was absolutely blown away. If I only get half of the success that some of the others that have used this system have had, then I'm looking at a great rest of 2007 and the 2008 that I'm dreaming about. You can see this system here and get the FREE ebook here. You owe it to yourself to at least read the ebook, whether you are already in a company or not. I think it will open your eyes and possibly change the way you do business.

I'll keep you posted on how this system is helping me build my primary business and what I experience as I go. If you have any great resources let me know so we can help our fellow networkers. As many of you may or may not know, we are headed for some very hard economic times and I believe that any and all of those who can offer others a solution are going to be in the big time. I hope that you are involved in a home business and are helping others realize that you have the solution to their problems.

Good luck to you all. Until next time.

Just another day?

I didn't know how hard it would be to try and build a full-time income in my MLM company while still working a full-time JOB and being a solo parent to my 3 great kids in the afternoon/evenings.

I've found many new and exciting resources to use to help me with my time disadvantage as well as some great tools to help me learn as I'm listening. I'm very excited about how these could help me and they might help you too, if you need some great resources and tools, many which are free!

As I come across more and learn more about the ones that I've found, I will post them here so that you, too, can learn and grow and reach your dreams in your MLM/Network Marketing business. Isn't that what this great industry is all about anyway? Helping others.

One of the first great resources that I found you can visit here. This guy has a great presence and voice. Most of his resources are free and very worthwhile. Check it out and we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Peace out and good luck to you all.
